Banquet Hall Rental

Service Description

Book the Bishop Dr. Walter G. Francis Banquet Hall for your next event! This venue has hosted beautiful wedding receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, workshops, and more. The Banquet Hall is equipped with a full kitchen, and comes with chairs and either rectangle or round tables. The hall has a maximum capacity of 130 people. Please note that no alcohol is allowed to be served in the banquet hall. Set up time is 3 hours and all events must end by 10PM. In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of $250 is required. The security deposit will be returned if the Banquet Hall is cleaned and in it's original condition at the end of the event. Otherwise, the security deposit will be retained by FGT. A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due at contract signing. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to the event. Payment methods accepted are cash, Zelle, and check (checks must be submitted 15 days prior to the event). Submit this request to receive a quote for the rental fee.
